It's been five years since Kylie Minogue beat breast cancer, but the adorable Australian singer hasn't put those trying days behind her.
According to The Mirror
, the talented chanteuse is in the midst of coordinating a show to raise money for the disease.
"Early next year it will be my five years all clear and I would like to do something to mark that - something like a benefit concert. We are going to try and arrange something with my professor in Paris," she told the news outlet.
Other vocalists who are reportedly on tap for the event are Elton John, Robbie Williams and The Scissor Sisters.
Minogue, who was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2004, remains humble about her probable impact on women's lives.
"I know a lot of women went for screenings after my announcement. And a lot of people came up to me and said I saved them. Of course I didn't but it made them go and get checked," she told the news source.
According to Cancer Research UK, around 45,000 women on the European continent were diagnosed with the disease in 2007.
