National retail store Kohl's has teamed up with FILA SPORT® to create limited edition merchandise to support breast cancer awareness
The program will run through October and will be available in all 40 Wisconsin Kohl's stores and online at www.Kohls.com. 100 percent of the net profit will be donated to support the fight against breast cancer.
The new merchandise includes athletic apparel and accessories for both men and women and items that start at just $5. Everything from tops, shorts, sports bras, socks, hats, water bottles and more will show support through colors as they'll all come in shades of pink, white and gray.
"We are thrilled to add the FILA SPORT athletic merchandise to the Kohl’s Cares offerings, especially during Breast Cancer Awareness Month," said Julie Gardner, Kohl’s executive vice president and chief marketing officer. "We hope the stylish athletic gear will not only encourage people to stay healthy and exercise but also join together to support women’s health by participating in local breast cancer walks and runs."
Aside from this project, Kohl's has committed to giving $7 million over the next three years to the American Cancer Society's Midwest Division and the Southeast Wisconsin Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure® in support of women's health.
